A discussion on boys
So I really enjoyed Perks of Being a Wallflower... I can see why it did so damn well, everyone feels like Charlie in high school at some point or another. I have to say that Charlie had very good taste in books.. or rather Bill did. i would do 'im. Kidding. If I lived in fictional book land I'd have a crush on Charlie. *le sigh* I just wish I hadn't liked it, because it was reccomended to me and he's always damn right about books and music and it makes it hard.
I had a rushed conversation with second cup boy and we haphazardly recomended a band to each other. After listening to a few tracks I'm not super impressed, but still enjoyable... wait, scratch that I enjoy "Don't Wait for Tommorow"
I had a lengthy conversation witha stranger on the bus. And after trying to convince me to go to Tim Hortons with him he settled for a conversation. We talked about lots of strange and silly things, the kind fo conversations I always have with strangers. I just don't think I'm too into people right now. I keep getting fucked over and unless I meet someone really great, I just don't have the patience.
Tis the season to become embittered, lonely old catladies falalalalalalalalala!
It's funny, the most promising conversation I've had in a while was with a pretty girl at HMV and girls are a step too complicated for me to deal with. So I'll take forts and a comfort in being hard to "get" which is a freaking understantment it appears sometimes.
